Virat Kohli goes all guns blazing for IND vs PAK tie, arrives for practice 3 hours

Virat Kohli’s hard training before of the IND-PAK encounter
According to Times Now, Kohli arrived at the training facility three hours before Team India’s planned practice time. According to the report, the batting master demanded that some of the UAE cricket team’s famous bowlers bowl to him during the practice session prior to the IND vs PAK match. Abhishek Nayar, Kohli’s assistant coach, reportedly accompanied him to the ICC Academy to assist him.

Earlier, Rohit Sharma praised the UAE net bowlers for assisting Team India in preparing for their Champions Trophy opening against Bangladesh.

Virat once again struggled with the bat against Bangladesh. He managed to score only 22 runs off 38 deliveries, with strike rate of 57.89. While the chase maestro showed some encouraging signs of returning to form in the IND vs ENG ODI series, he has once again emerged as source of concern for India. To avoid overburdening the middle-order, the veteran will need to go all out in India’s forthcoming Champions Trophy matches against Pakistan and New Zealand.
Meanwhile, India easily defeated Bangladesh by six wickets in their opening game. The Men in Blue’s top performers were Shubman Gill (101) and Shami (5 wickets). Pakistan, on the other side, were defeated by New Zealand by 60 runs in their opening match. As a result, the match between India and Pakistan is must-win for the hosts in order to stay in the tournament.
